1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintPPT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintPPT is an AI-powered tool that generates editable PowerPoint (.pptx) presentations from documents you provide. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to process your input and generate slide layouts and content.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to content generated for another user. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be correct. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before relying on, publishing, or presenting it. You must not use AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Credits and Payment

• The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are required to generate presentations.
• The cost of a presentation is calculated based on the number of slides requested and the size (tier) of the source document provided.
• Refunds: Credits consumed for a successful generation are non-refundable. However, if a generation fails due to a system error or timeout, the credits used for that specific job will be automatically refunded to your account.
• We reserve the right to change credit prices and packaging with 30 days' notice.

5. Privacy and Zero Retention

Your privacy is paramount. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, uploaded documents and generated presentations are processed entirely in temporary memory (RAM) and are never written to persistent storage. Generated files are deleted immediately after you download them, or after 15 minutes if undownloaded.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.

7. Your Content and License

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the presentation files you generate. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of generating your presentation. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintPPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MintPPT is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles
