Applies to every user of MintPPT, worldwide.
1. Who We Are
MintPPT is a global AI-powered presentation generation service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with international data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
- Account data (Email address, name)
- Uploaded content (Documents you upload for processing)
- Usage data (Pages generated, timestamps, IP address)
- Payment data (Processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store card details).
3. How We Handle Your Documents (Zero Retention)
Uploaded documents are processed entirely in volatile memory and are automatically and permanently destroyed upon completion or failure of the generation task. They are never written to persistent storage. Generated presentations are deleted the moment you download them, or after 15 minutes if not downloaded.
4. Purpose and Use of Personal Data
We use your personal data to provide and operate the MintPPT service, deliver generated presentation files, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not use your uploaded documents for any purpose other than generating your presentation.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party processors: Supabase (Authentication and Database), Resend (Email Delivery), Alibaba Cloud (Hosting), and DeepSeek/Qwen (AI processing). All processors are contractually bound to strict data protection standards.
6. Data Retention
Uploaded documents and generated presentations are destroyed immediately. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Usage metadata is kept for 90 days.
7. Your Global Privacy Rights
Regardless of your location, we grant you the following rights: the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@mintppt.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MintPPT is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
